Will new images be released?

How fun! Yes! Prior to a new release, you will receive an email letting you know all about it! We are planning a few new images this Fall and hope that you will like the editions as much as we do.

Can I make copies of an image in a different size?

No – no one has the right to reproduce an artist’s work without direct permission. Andy Thomas retains a Copyright Lawyer who takes care of all legal issues concerning any Intellectual Copyright infringements.  His images are also copyrighted through the Library of Congress.

I found an illegal copy of an ART LEGENDS INC Image – What should I do?

If you see an image of any Andy Thomas’ or ART LEGENDS INC please send us an email at artlegendsinc@gmail.com  If it was online, send us a link if you can. Did you see this in a mall or at a convention or street show? Just let us know what or where and we will forward it the Copyright Lawyer.

I am a dealer – can I sell to discount stores?

Selling in any manner to merchandising stores such as Walmart, Sam’s Club, etc. is against our Terms and Conditions and is part of the agreement that you signed with ART LEGENDS INC.

Can I sell on eBay or other auction sites?

Selling on auction sites or any other selling platforms is only allowed if you are listing the item at it’s suggested retail price.  This is in the Terms and Conditions as well as the agreement that you signed with ART LEGENDS INC.

Why can’t I discount Andy Thomas’ reproductions?
ART LEGENDS INC takes pride in value and integrity. Discounting artwork lowers the overall value of the reproductions. The artists we represent will have a legacy that will live far beyond them. We want Authorized Dealers who will keep the value and integrity to full retail.

 

Would ART LEGENDS INC come to my gallery or store?

Well, that might be fun! Many times, people love to speak to the artist or representative and hear their stories about how their favorite image came to life on a canvas.  Please email us your ideas and we can figure out how to make it happen!
